Registration and login

You do not need to login or register your details in order to browse our collections however you cannot purchase items in the shop until you have registered your details. You can use the login control to login as a returning customer, or to register at the site for the first time. Your login details are stored securely and will remain confidential. We will not sell your data to third parties or share your data with other companies.

The shopping cart

When you add items to your shopping basket they will be saved, just the same way you use a shopping basket in a retail store.

If you have not yet logged in or registered with us, the items will be placed in a temporary (Visitor's) shopping basket. Once you register or login your saved items will be merged with your 'Member's Basket'. This means that you can browse the shop and return at a later date to finalise your purchase.

All products in the member's basket remain in their shopping basket until you have completed your purchases or removed the products themselves. If you have not logged in or registered then the contents of your Visitor's basket will be removed once you leave the store

QUESTIONS ABOUT MY ORDER

Has my order been received?

When you have placed an order with Mai Pearls, a confirmation of your order and the amount charged to your credit card will be sent to the email address that you have registered with us. This document will contain your unique order number and details of the items you have purchased. Please keep this documentation somewhere safe in the unlikely event you have a problem.

How long will my order take to arrive?

If your item is in stock we aim to have it packaged and despatched within 4-5 days. If your item is out of stock, we will e-mail to advise you of an expected delivery date. Should you need an order quickly, please contact us.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

Once your order has been confirmed, it is possible to cancel at any point until the packaging and shipping process has started. If you want to cancel your order please contact us.

Will my jewellery be gift wrapped?

Every piece of jewellery that you order from Mai Pearls will be beautifully presented in a clean white pillow pack or box and sealed with a bespoke Mai Pearls label. You will open the box to discover your purchase stunningly wrapped in our high quality pink tissue paper. Everything will then be put in a 'jiffy' bag to protect your jewellery during its delivery.

Mai Pearls also offers a “Gift Wrap” service. We use bespoke pink satin ribbon and luxurious pink tissue paper. We then will attach a personalised handwritten message to the pillow pack or box. Just tell us what you would like us to write on your gift card in the ‘gift tag message’ box and it will be added. To have any item “Gift Wrap”, just click on the gift wrap option when ordering your piece of jewellery. Each item that is gift wrapped costs an extra £2.50.

Will my jewellery be insured?

All of the jewellery will be insured during delivery for up to £500 up until it is signed for at the other end.

RETURNING MY ORDER

Where and how do I send returns?

Jewellery must be returned within seven working days of receipt of the jewellery using the same or equivalent method of post to:

The sum will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order, providing we are in receipt of the goods. Please note that we do not refund the cost of postage, shipping or insurance. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of earrings for pierced ears, due to industry standards relating to hygiene.
